Money Grants

By usagrant
The Federal Government and Private Grant Foundations issue billions of dollars in grant money to a variety of groups each year. Grants are awarded to individuals each and every day from all walks of life, with large and very small bank accounts, for an ever-increasing array of purposes.

Grant programs are not Loans. You decide how much you need. As long as the amount is lawful and you meet the Foundations and Government Agencies Requirements, the money is yours to keep and never needs to be repaid. This grant money is non-taxable and interest-free!

Grant programs don't require a credit checks, collateral, security deposits or co-signers, you can apply even if you have a declared bankruptcy or have bad credit. You as a tax payer and U.S. citizen are entitled to apply for this money.

If you are seeking Government Grants, the "Federal Grants" Index is a comprehensive list of government monies available to help support technology development, programs, curriculum and infrastructure. Funds available here promote the breaking of new ground in the use of technology by society, as well as support establishment uses in education, public welfare and community development. Federal monies are available to prepare teachers and universities as technology becomes an integral part of education, as well as to fund public access and community and workforce development.

Keep pace with technological advances, and overcome the financial shortfall from budgetary restrictions, by taking advantage of the ongoing grant opportunities from U.S. government federal agencies, as featured in recent issues of Technology Grant News. The "Federal Grants" Index is an invaluable resource for MIS department chairs, technology coordinators, librarians, school superintendants, school district supervisors and development / grant officers.

Stimulus Rebate Checks

By usagrant
the Treasury Department will begin delivering the first of these tax rebates by direct deposit. During the first week alone nearly 7.7 million Americans will receive their tax rebates electronically. Then on May 9th, the IRS will begin mailing checks to millions more across America.

President George W. Bush delivers a statement Friday, April 25, 2008, on the South Grounds of the White House regarding the economic stimulus rebate checks. "I'm pleased that the Treasury Department has worked quickly to get the money into the hands of the American people. Starting Monday, the effects of the stimulus will begin to reach millions of households across our country." White House photo by Joyce N. Boghosian By this summer, the Treasury Department expects to have sent rebates to about 130 million American households. These rebates will provide eligible Americans with payments of up to $600 a person, $1,200 for couples, and $300 per child.

If you've already filed your income tax return your rebate is on the way. Even if you don't owe any income taxes you may still be eligible for a check, but you need to file a form with the IRS. And it's not too late to do so. Now, you can find out information as to how to proceed by calling your local IRS office, or go to the IRS website.

They want to make sure everyone who's eligible for a check gets one on a timely basis. This money is going to help Americans offset the high prices we're seeing at the gas pump and at the grocery store, and it will also give our economy a boost to help us pull out of this economic slowdown.
